Sabish Choirs
@sabishchoirs
Sabish Middle School in Fond du Lac, WI offers every student in 6th through 8th grade an opportunity to sing in a choir. Currently, 25% of the student body participates in choir, and even more participate in co-curricular choirs and musicals. The Sabish Choral Program is built upon three core beliefs: that music itself is a birthright, every student has the potential to thrive as a musician, and that every voice (no matter the quality) is valuable and deserves to be heard. These few beliefs guide this program and propel us towards the goals of empowering students through music literacy, developing an appreciation for the art of singing, and fostering both the critical thinking and professional skills necessary to produce positive, contributing members of society. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the director Ms. Hannah Koechel at koechelh@fonddulac.k12.wi.us.
